Six young teenagers entertained us at the Maritime Museum. This was their summer job.
This man is wearing a fisherman’s garb from the late 19th / early 20th century. With the exception of the hat, the entire outfit is handmade from Icelandic sheepskin. They imported the hats from Great Britain.
In addition to being places of worship, churches in Iceland function as venues for entertainment.
