Bright, sunny day. Somewhat cold. It was a good day for a morning hike. While Herrick
Woods is a favorite location for our hikes, I usually don't take pictures there. Since
Cassie, Russ, and Roxanne joined us, I took the camera. Here are a few of the resulting
pictures.
There are a number of small bridges on the paths near Lake Herrick. This was our
first bridge.
Our hike took us past the lake, through the woods, and out onto this meadow.
We explored a side path.
Lake Herrick is to the right of this picture.
This time of year large flocks of geese enjoy Lake Herrick's open waters.
